Explorations of Identity, Culture and Well-Being During COVID-19
Arizona Theatre Company Partners with local community colleges across Arizona to create new works by student playwrights centered around the human experience during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Students aspiring for their associate’s degree devise scenes in virtual meeting spaces. The artistic team of ATC and identified playwrights from our academic units and community spaces, aid students as they evaluate the impact of the pandemic and its intersectionality through explorations of identity, culture, academics, healthcare, well-being, etc.
Our first launch is with Mesa Community College. Stay tuned for our second roll out with partners Glendale Community College and Paradise Valley Community College.
