The Honors College Students Visit “Master Harold”…and the Boys

ATC would like to thank ASU’s Dr. Mathew Sandoval and his 40+ students from Barrett, The Honors College who attended a performance of “Master Harold”…and the Boys as part of their Human Event course work. Dr. Sandoval integrated the important themes of Fugard’s play into their class examination of the impact of institutionalized racism on the individual and society. He is a professor at the Center for the Study of Race and Democracy and a frequent post show guest speaker. His intellectual curiosity and creative energy provides invaluable insight into our character’s motivations and soul. Here he shares the lessons found in this powerful play.”

Hear from Dr. Mathew Sandoval in the video below!
